Refund/Exchange Policy
Refunds and/or exchanges will only be issued if the product is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. No refunds or exchanges will be offered where a product becomes outdated due to a guideline change.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to [email protected] or call 800-255-2100 ext. 227. Email cancellations must contain the following: first name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions concerning the cancellation of your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not already been charged and/or shipped out. In the event your order is shipped after a cancellation request is received (via email or phone), we will gladly refund the complete amount charged, once you have returned the order in full. If you have already completed the online exam associated with the course which you have registered, a refund request will not be honored.
Shipping costs
Customer assumes all shipping costs in returning a product to us, and we assume the cost of shipping the product back to the customer. All products are shipped USPS unless a rush is requested. The cost of a shipping upgrade will be charged to the customer prior to shipment.
