HHS releases updated fluoride recommendation
On April 27, 2015, after years of scientifically rigorous analysis of the amount of fluoride people receive from all sources, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced the final recommendation for the optimal level of fluoride in community water systems, lowering it to 0.7 parts per million.
