The Gold Fund was established to provide grants to dentists to facilitate oral healthcare treatment for disadvantaged and/or at-risk individuals in New York State.
Grant awards of between $1,000-$5,000 are applied exclusively to clinical dental treatments services that are not covered by the patient's insurance, including anesthesia costs and medically necessary procedures such as implants.
Dentists who wish to apply for a Gold Fund grant for a patient who is in serious need of care must email nysdf@nysdental.org and provide the following:
