10:30 Welcome

11:00 Program/Review of Materials

12:00 Those who are familiar with the process can start appointments
12:00 30-minute seminar on conducting a visit with a legislator

1:00- 3:30 Appointments

Materials and Issues

• The final determination on issues for the legislative agenda will be sent out in mid-January after the Governor has presented his
Executive Budget.

• Fact sheets and information sheets will be sent to all registrants prior to the event for your review along with information on
conducting a legislative visit.

• There will be time at the event to go over the issues and to answer questions and there will be a seminar on what to expect
during a visit and how to have a successful visit.

Logistics

• The Terrace is located on the third floor of the Legislative Office Building.

• A boxed lunch will be delivered at noon.

• Additional information on where to park and a final agenda will be sent to all registrants prior to the meeting.
