New Fees for No-Fault and Workers' Compensation Cases

The Workers’ Compensation Board has developed new fee schedules for treatment provided to all workers’ compensation and no-
fault accident victims. The proposed dental fee schedule is available for public comment up until November 1, 2007. A copy of the
proposed fee schedule may be obtained via the Board’s website at www.wcb.state.ny.us. Comments should be directed to the
New York State Workers’ Compensation Board no later than November 1st at OfficeofGeneralCounsel@wcb.state.ny.us.
