This course is FREE of charge—made possible by the North Country Tobacco Cessation Center, the Tobacco Cessation Center
of Northern New York, and the ‘Empire Challenge Initiative’, all funded by the New York State Department of Health.

This course is designed for dental hygienists, dental hygiene students, and dentists; all other oral health care professionals are
welcome. Continuing education credits [6 CEUs] will be available for dental hygienists and dentists; certificates of completion will
be available for all course participants.
