Learning Objectives

  • At the end of this program participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of oral health during pregnancy and in early childhood

  • Describe the effect of maternal oral health on pregnancy outcomes and child’s oral health

  • Incorporate oral health into prenatal care

  • Assess oral health as part of well child visits
