NYS TASK FORCE ON SPECIAL NEEDS DENTISTRY

MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH A GRANT FROM:THE NYS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PLANNING COUNCIL (DDPC)

This 20 hour course will qualify participants to apply to NYS for an enteral conscious sedation permit. The course will be held at:

PRE-REQUISITES FOR PARTICIPANTS:

• Pledge to treat individuals with developmental disabilities

• Permit your name to be posted on the NYS OMRDD Website as a resource treating special needs patients.

• Submit 3 sedation encounter case presentations to the Taskforce
Sedation subcommittee or attend a debriefing session on Oral Sedation experiences to be held in Schenectady approximately 6
months after the course
