Oral Health during Pregnancy and Early Childhood Now Available Online

Intended Audience: Prenatal Care providers, Family medicine, OB-GYN, CNM, RNP and PA who do prenatal care, Oral Health
professionals, Dentists, Dental hygienists, Oral Surgeons, Pediatricians, Family Medicine, RNP and PA who care for Children,
Graduate Training programs for all of the above.

Learning Objectives

  • At the end of this program participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of oral health during pregnancy and in early childhood

  • Describe the effect of maternal oral health on pregnancy outcomes and child’s oral health

  • Incorporate oral health into prenatal care

  • Assess oral health as part of well child visits
