education opportunities both in live settings as well as for live/lecture

listing of courses currently offered online for live/lecture credits.
Continuing Education Requirements for Dentists in NYS:
Dentists holding a New York State license, are required to fulfill the
following continuing education requirements under New York State
Law:
- 60 continuing education credit hours every three (3) year
registration period. 18 credits can be home study.
- Ethics and Jurisprudence course once in your lifetime.
- Tobacco cessation course once in your lifetime.
- Child abuse course once in your lifetime.
- CPR course: you must maintain a current certificate ( varies 1-
3 years).
- Infection control course every four (4) years.
