The New York State Dental Foundation’s new Gold Fund has gotten off to a rousing start, courtesy of a generous
$25,000.00 contribution from Dr. G. Kirk and Dale Gleason. The money will support the Foundation’s efforts to
offset the cost of dental treatment needed by poor children. The Gold Fund, named in honor of the late Dr.
Stephen B. Gold, was established in celebration of the Foundation’s 30th anniversary.
Dr. Gleason, who is Executive Director of the Fourth District Dental Society, as well as NYSDF Treasurer,
encourages all NYSDA members to support their Foundation through the “check off” on their dues statements
and through personal donations.
